"You Night" Ticket Packages
Arrrrr!  This year's theme is "Treasured" and you're invited for a swashbuckling good time!  Your attendance helps make this event possible for the models who will be selected to walk the gang plank...er, we mean "runway". 

 

Last year's event was a grand celebration, and we look forward to gifting this experience to 24 new models.  Models will receive hundreds of dollars worth of products and services, including professional runway training, photoshoots, professional salon styling, accessories and other pampering services.   Proceeds benefit the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center at St. Tammany Parish Hospital, and the Ooh La Bra "Straps for a Cause" Women Empowerment Programs, which helps make this program possible for other cancer overcomers..   Click here to see last year's models, and to hear their empowering stories of what You Night meant to them.

As Captain of the Fleet, you will receive 16 tickets to You Night, with reserved balcony seating in the VIP Balcony (aka the Captain's Bridge).  We will include your company's name on every promotional item for this event.

This includes:

  • Your company's name on the header of the You Night website (viewed by over 5,000 persons in 2013).

  • 16 seats at the runway (or stay in the balcony -- your choice!)

  • Welcome Message (3-5 min) the night of the Runway Show

  • Your company's name prominently featured in lights during the Runway Show

  • A full-page ad on the inside cover of the Runway Program

  • A welcome letter on page 1 of the Runway Program

Regular Rate:  $125 (tickets purchased after June 1st)
 

The "Ship Mate" Party Package includes reserved seating (non-table seating) near the runway stage.  Seats will be assigned in the order that tickets are purchased (first come, first serve).   Those who purchase first will be assigned to seats closest to the stage.   (Note:  Although these seats do not include tables during the runway show, there are plenty of tables available in the Captain's Galley (aka dining area) before and after the show.

" Beauty Brigade"

 

 

 

BOUTIQUES:

We need 24 area boutiques to volunteer to style the models with a head-to-toe outfit that they will wear the night of the runway show.  Models will visit your boutique 2 weeks prior to the show (the week of September 24-28th).   You should pick an outfit that best represents the style of your salon and the personality of the model.  Please tag and bag the outfit and label with your boutique's name every item they are wearing and deliver to the Fleur de Lis Center on Wednesday, October 8th (the day before the runway show).  Or - please ask your model to bring the items with her on October 8th).  You can claim your items after the show, or pick the items up on Friday, October 10th from 9 a.m. - Noon.

 

In exchange for your services, the following options are available to boutiques for supporting this event:

OPTION 1:  NO TICKETS PURCHASED -- YOU ARE ADOPTING A MODEL and PROVIDING AN OUTFIT, BUT NOT ATTENDING THE EVENT.  With this option, your company's logo will be listed on the website (viewed by over 5,000 persons last year) and your name will be listed as a model's sponsor in the runway program and on the large runway screen when your model walks the runway.

 

OPTION 2 -- $250 ATTEND THE EVENT:  With this option, you will receive two tickets to the event plus your company's logo will be listed on the website (viewed by over 5,000 persons last year) and your name will be listed as a model's sponsor in the runway program and on the large runway screen when your model walks the runway.

 

OPTION 3:  VIP BOUTIQUE PACKAGE $500 With this option, you will receive two tickets to the event (reserved table seating).  Your name will be listed as a model's sponsor in the runway program and on the large runway screen when your model walks the runway.  You will also receive a quarter-page ad in the runway program, and your staff photo and logo will appear on the website.  Additional seats can be purchased with this package at $125 per seat.  With this option, you can also bring a mannequin that will be displayed in the lobby during the pre and post-party with your boutique's name on a sign.  Many guests of last year's event bought the outfits and/or accessories that were on display!  This is very effective advertising :)

As a member of our Beauty Brigade, the following sponsorship packages are available:

 

SALONS:

We need 24 area salons and/or stylists to volunteer to style the models the day of the runway show.  Each salon will be assigned to one model.  Styling will take place AT YOUR SALON ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9th --THE AFTERNOON OF THE EVENT.   Suggested services include, but are not limited to:  Hair, Make-Up, Mani, Pedi or Spa Services -- anything you can offer to the model to help get them runway ready.  (If you also would like to offer an additional styling session, on September 26th the models are taking professional head shots and posing for their media pictures).

 

In exchange for your services, the following options are available to salons for supporting this event:

OPTION 1:  NO TICKETS PURCHASED -- YOU ARE ADOPTING A MODEL and PROVIDING SALON SERVICES ONLY, BUT NOT ATTENDING THE EVENT.  With this option, your company's logo will be listed on the website (viewed by over 5,000 persons last year) and your name will be listed as a model's sponsor in the runway program and on the large runway screen when your model walks the runway.

Sponsorship Definition:  If you are contributing Item(s), products or services that off-set our event costs (printing, lighting, beverage, decorations, etc.), you are considered an "In Kind Sponsor".  The   # of tickets will be based on value of your in kind donation.

As an "In Kind" sponsor, you will receive

  • Your company's name prominently featured on the You Night website (viewed by over 5,000 persons in 2013).

  • General Admission Tickets (# of tickets based on value of donation)

TREASURE ISLAND -- "Gift to Model" Sponsor

Sponsorship Definition:  A "Gift to Model" sponsor is defined as a business or entity that contributes Item(s), products or services to the models.

 

As an "GIFT TO MODEL" sponsor, you will receive

  • Your company's name prominently featured on the You Night website (viewed by over 5,000 persons in 2013)

  • Listing in the Runway Program

  • Participation and a vendor Table at our "MODEL GIFTING PARTY" scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 3rd.  Arrive to the Fleur de Lis Center by 5 p.m. to set-up.  Gifting Party will last from 6 - 8 p.m.  Bring signage, gifts, sign up sheets (if you are offering a product or service), business cards or any other promotional material you want to share with the models.  Examples of last year's gifts include:  Tanning, intimate wear, t-shirts, accessories, purses, wigs, eyelash extensions.

  • Additional promotions via Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center of St. Tammany Parish Hospital and local media outlets, including event Facebook, Twitter and YouTube promotions
